It ships folded flat, no oversized-freight surcharge, and sets up in minutes with standard 36"x48" foam boards (not included) slid into the side-wall lining compartments. (36"x48" project display boards with fold-out panels also work, though a full rigid board structures the case best.) Leave the boards in for everyday use, or fold flat for travel and reinsert the foam board on arrival; with rigid loads near full case size, it functions without stiffeners.
