Metal Embossing

You can add your name, logo or other graphic to the surface of most of our Pina Zangaro metal products with Metal Embossing. This process starts with the production of a steel die made from your artwork. Next, this die is loaded into a press which use extreme pressure to emboss the product, leaving a raised impression of your artwork. Embossing can only be done on the top surfaces of our Pina Zangaro metal products, not on the spines or sides. Artwork for stamping cannot exceed 3.5 x 7.5 inches.

Embossing is available on Camden Boxes and Jewel Cases, Boro Portfolio Cases, and Machina covers and binders. Standard turnaround is 15 business days. Expedited 7-day turnaround is also available.

Artwork submitted for Metal Embossing should meet the following criteria:

1. Artwork must be submitted as an EPS file. We accept files created in Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign and Photoshop. EPS files created in Photoshop must be submitted at the resolution of 600 dpi.

2. All type must be converted to outlines.

3. Artwork must be sized at 100%, the exact size you want it to be reproduced.

4. Artwork must be set to 100% black. Only black will be embossed.

5. Orientation and exact positioning of artwork on product must be indicated. For example: bottom of logo to be positioned _____inch(es) from bottom edge and _____inch(es) from right edge panel or Centered Left To Right / Centered Top to Bottom. This position information must be specified even if the artwork is laid out at actual size and position in the submitted file.

6. Email your artwork to sales@portfolios-and-art-cases.com. In the body of the email include your name, phone number, email address, the name of your Authorized Pina Zangaro Dealer, and the product your job will be imprinted on. If your file cannot be opened or it was not submitted according to the requirements listed above, we will advise you as soon as possible.
