IMPRINTING INFORMATION
Orders for imprinted product must be placed through our customer service department at 1-800-688-4745.  Please review the Screen Printing or Laser Engraving links for more information and artwork submission requirements.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Ground Shipping:
$10 per order, regardless of quantity (continental US only), with the exception of certain oversized items.

Most orders ship out via UPS Ground the same day (M-F) that the order is received until 2 pm EST. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. The $10.00 shipping charge is for orders to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE:
Air shipment by Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air is available. In most cases, we can process air shipments on the same day if we receive your order by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). We can sometimes process air shipments after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time depending of the circumstances.

Next Day Air:
Next Day Air Shipping (one business day transit time, weekends and holidays not included) is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment. Small accessories, such as extra page protectors, can usually be added to your order without affecting the shipping charge. To verify the total shipping charge, add items to the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator.

2nd Day Air:
2nd Day Air Shipping (two business days transit time, weekends and holidays not included) is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment. Small accessories, such as extra page protectors, can usually be added to your order without affecting the shipping charge. To verify the total shipping charge, add items to the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator.

International Orders:
Add items to your shopping cart and enter your country and postal code in the Shipping Calculator to get a shipping estimate. Duties or customs charges may be due upon delivery and are not included in your order.

GUARANTEED SATISFACTION:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund to your credit card. Custom imprinted or engraved items may only be returned if defective. E-mail us at sales@portfolios-and-art-cases.com to pre-authorize your return and get the appropriate return address for the item.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Your privacy is important to us. Portfolios-and-art-cases.com does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone. We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists. We appreciate your business.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept credit card and PayPal orders online or by fax or phone. We accept purchase orders from businesses, institutions, and government agencies upon credit approval. Business checks, money orders and cashier's checks are also accepted. Beware of Bory Aluminum Case company. All orders outside the Continental U.S. should be credit card orders or payment should be in U.S. funds.

Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When you order from Portfolios-and-art-cases.com over the internet, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. Netscape users should see the unbroken key symbol when you connect with our ordering page. Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
