IMPRINTING INFORMATION
Orders for imprinted product must be placed through our customer service department at 1-800-688-4745.  Please review the Screen Printing, Laser Engraving or Metal Embossing links for more information and artwork submission requirements.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Ground Shipping:
$10 per order, regardless of quantity (continental US only), with the exception of certain oversized items.

Most orders ship out via UPS Ground the next business day (M-F) after the order is received. International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. The $10.00 shipping charge is for orders to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost. Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE:
Air shipment by Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air is available. In most cases, we can process air shipments on the same day if we receive your order by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). We can sometimes process air shipments later, depending of the circumstances. If your shipment is critical, please call us at 1-800-688-4745 to verify that we can process your order the same day.

Next Day Air:
Next Day Air Shipping (one business day transit time, weekends not included) is $40 for the first item and $20 for each additional item, with the exception of certain oversized items. Small accessories, such as extra page protectors, can usually be added to your order without affecting the shipping charge. To verify the total shipping charge, add items to the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator.

2nd Day Air:
2nd Day Air Shipping (two business days transit time, weekends not included) is $25 for the first item and $15 for each additional item, with the exception of certain oversized items. Small accessories, such as extra page protectors, can usually be added to your order without affecting the shipping charge. To verify the total shipping charge, add items to the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator.

International Orders:
Please email us at sales@portfolios-and-art-cases.com your proposed order and the shipping address. We will respond with a shipping quote.

GUARANTEED SATISFACTION:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for refund to your credit card, exchange, or adjustment. Custom imprinted or engraved items may only be returned if defective. E-mail us at sales@portfolios-and-art-cases.com or call 1-800-688-4745 to pre-authorize your return and get the appropriate return address for the item.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Your privacy is important to us. Portfolios-and-art-cases.com does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone. We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists. We appreciate your business.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept credit card orders by fax or phone. We accept purchase orders from businesses, institutions, and government agencies upon credit approval. Business checks, money orders and cashier's checks are also accepted. All orders outside the Continental U.S. should be credit card orders or payment should be in U.S. funds.

Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When you order from Portfolios-and-art-cases.com over the internet, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. Netscape users should see the unbroken key symbol when you connect with our ordering page. Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line. Some quantity discounts, free shipping on certain internet specials, and shipping costs on international orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.

You may send your order to us by mail if you like. Be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available). Also remember to include $10.00 to cover UPS GROUND shipping on all orders. Outside the 48 States please call us for a shipping quote prior to mailing your order.
